RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The subjects to whom the personal data refer, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or ask for it to be integrated, updated or rectified.
TECNOMECCANICA S.r.l., in accordance with the provisions of the European Regulation 2016/679, informs the Interested Parties that starting from 25 May 2018 they will be holders of the additional rights referred to in the Regulation, reported here in a synthetic and intelligible way, namely:
- The right to access Personal Data (see attached Art.15 GDPR. 196/2003);
- The right to rectify inaccurate Personal Data (see attached Art. 16 GDPR 2016/679);
- The right to request the deletion of Data concerning him/her without unjustified delay, within the limits set by the Regulation (see attached Art. 17 GDPR 2016/679);
- The right to request the Data Controller to limit the processing of the Data (see attached Art. 18 GDPR 2016/679);
- Right to obtain the portability of the Data concerning him/her (see attached Art. 20 GDPR 2016/679);
- Right to object at any time to the processing of his/her Data, within the limits set by the Regulation (see attached Art. 21 GDPR 2016/679);
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Authority for the protection of personal data, if the conditions are met (see attached Art. 77 GDPR 2016/679).
TECNOMECCANICA S.r.l. informs that the Interested Parties are finally entitled to be informed about the owner, the purposes and methods of processing and any responsible party, the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated.

PLACE AND PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing connected to the web services offered by this site are carried out at the headquarters of the Company that is the data controller and are handled only by employees, collaborators or partners of TECNOMECCANICA S.r.l. in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No data deriving from web services is communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who forward service requests are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or performance requested and are not communicated to third parties, unless communication is required by law or is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of requests.
Specific purposes, relating to individual treatments, are identified in detail in the offer of the various services provided by the Company.
In correspondence with the individual offers, in fact, the user will find specific information on the processing of personal data, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and European regulation EU 2016/679 for the processing of personal data.

Navigation data:
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.

We invite our users, in their requests for services or in their questions, not to send names or other personal data of third parties that are not strictly necessary; the use of fictitious names appears much more appropriate.
COOKIES
No personal data of users is acquired by the site in this regard.
Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are so-called session cookies or persistent cookies of any kind used, or systems for tracking users.

Personal data are processed in paper format and/or with automated tools, for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
All Data will be retained even after the termination of the contractual relationship for the fulfillment of all possible obligations connected to or deriving from the conclusion of the relationship itself, without prejudice to the provisions of art. 17 of GDPR 2016/679 (right to be forgotten).
